I am an Irish Masters student looking for an apartment:

From 01.02.13 until 31.05.13
Criteria: Central location, easy to access university and local amenities.

Price: My price range is €200-€450.

Internet, heating, fully furnished, may or may not be a flat share dependent on the arrangement. (Preferably have all bills included)

I would prefer to have an en-suite bathroom if it is a shared apartment, and if it is a studio, then a bathroom within the apartment.

I am quiet, responsible and a good tenant looking for a comfortable, bright and convenient apartment in a safe area within walking distance of central town.
