Ich suche zeitnah eine kleine 1/1,5 bis 2-Zimmer Single-Wohnung mit ca. 30m².
Bevorzugt mit Möglichkeit des Einbaus einer Küchenzeile, keine Pantry-Küche.
Zental gelegen mit guter Anbindung zur RUB.
Gesamtmiete bis maximal 300€.
Ich selbst bin Studentin (23), im Bachelor, mit regelmäßigem Einkommen. Bürgschaft möglich, wenn gewollt.
