Hi, I am a PhD student at RUB. I am presently looking for a 1-room apartment for me to stay. I would prefer a fitted kitchen and partly furnished apartment. Though a fully furnished apartment is desirable. It will be great if the apartment has proper bright sunlight. I will also be looking to have some space to setup my own office space. So even if it's a studio apartment I would prefer it to be at least 32 sqm. Please contact me if you are also searching for tenants to rent your apartment.
