Hi this is Jiwon Kim.
29years old woman from Seoul. I came to Germany 5years ago. Now I work at Mars GmbH in Verden.
For last 5 years, I lived in many different format of apartment: student Dorn, single room apartment, house, WG. So I know how to take care of apartment. I keep it very clean and often repair apartment by myself. Every landlords was happy how I improved the apartment during my stay.
I don’t have a pet and I don’t smoke.
For financial guarantee, I can provide my work contract.
Period:
At least 6months starting from 01.07.2023
Preferred area:
Viertel or near Bremen hbf would be nice. Or wherever near tram line 10, HBF also work for me
Preferred room condition:
Hopefully 1-2room apartment where i can live alone.
It would be perfect if it has a kitchen and washing machine.
