Sehr geehrter Herr/Frau,
my name is Giuseppe Del Latte, I'm 27 and I'm Italian; starting from January I will work in Calw in a local firm for a long period (more than one year). I have a good position in my job and I'm looking forward to enhancing my career in Germany.
I'm looking for a flat, approximately 50-55 m2 and 2 rooms. Even better if I could have also a garage. My requirements are not so strict, I will evaluate more or less every proposal.
For sure I won't be there before January.
