ich suche zum 1.03 eine Wohnung in Dortmund Mitte, weil ich aus meiner Wohnung im Saarlandstraßenviertel ausziehe. Gerne auch in der Nordstadt o. wieder im Saarlandstr/Kreuz/Kaiserviertel. Uni-Nähe ist mir nicht ganz so wichtig, wenn eine allgemein gute Anbinung mit dem ÖPNV besteht. Als Preislimit sind 250 € kalt bzw ca. 320 € warm angesetzt. :)
