Ich bin Student an der TU. Die Wohnung sollte eine seperate Küche sowie einen Balkon haben. Des weiteren wären mir 2 Zimmer und eine Badewanne am liebsten. Beides ist aber eher als optionaler Bonus gedacht. Auch eine bereits vorhandene Einbauküche wäre toll ist aber keinesfalls ein muss. Wenn das alles so in etwa passt würde ich mich sehr über ihr Angebot freuen.
