Looking for an apartment in Düsseldorf -Urgent-

Hello, my name is Carlos Beneyto. I am 31 years old and I come originally from Spain but I have been living in Germany for a while.
First of all, my apologies for writing this message in english but my german is very limited and I still have much to learn.
I am moving from Villingen to Düsseldorf during August due to work and I am urgently looking for a flat to live on my own.
My idea for a flat would be one that would be located not too far from Pempelfort or decently connected to the center. As I am living on my own, I cannot afford to pay a huge amount to rent. I would rather have the flat unfurnished as I will be moving my furniture with me (except for the kitchen). The size of the flat should allow me to accomodate the furniture so I would have to be at least 45m2 big.

I am a calm and responsible person, single, worker, non smoker and I don´t have any pets (I am allergic to most animals with fur or feathers)
