-furnished
-washing mashine
-internet & tv (prefered but nor required)
-close to any U-Bahn station (prefered but nor required)
-parking space-can be on the street or in near area (prefered but nor required)
-pets allowed
-best will be close to the prinzealle u-bahn station (prefered but nor required)
-not in a city center- park in a neighborhood will be advance. -Might be close to river.
-dishwasher (prefered but nor required)
