Hallo,
ich heiße Maria, bin 23 Jahre alt und werde ab Oktober Doktorantin am Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics sein (mit Vollstipendium).
Ich suche zum 01.10. eine 1,5-2 Zimmer Wohnung bis 550 € warm, in der ich alleine wohne werde. Balkon oder Gartennutzung wären optimal... Gerne im Raum Bilk/Oberbilk da ich dort schon mal gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Wenn eine gute S-Bahn Verbindung besteht, bin ich natürlich für alle Stadtteile offen.
Ich bin eine relativ ruhige Mieterin, da ich durch die Woche arbeiten muss.
Referenzen früherer Vermieter sind auf Anfrage vorhanden.
