Hi,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Durgadevi Arunagiri, I am 30 years old and I am a recent university graduate from India. From the third of january, I will be working as a product development chemist for Henkel, which is why I am looking for a new home in Dusseldorf. I am looking to rent a luminous flat with a fitted kitchen and fully furnished rooms placed in a safe living neighbourhood. I will move as an individual and I do not smoke.
As I have never resided in Germany before, I do not have a Schufa (request now) and so far I have been residing with my parents whilst I was studying and working in India. Nonetheless, I can provide you:
1. Copy of my ID / passport
2. Bank statements
3. Proof of income (work contract)
If necessary please do not hesitate to request further documents. Please I would like to get an appointment to visit on site the apartment. Thank you very much for considering my rental application.
