Dear Sir/ Madam
I am currently a Ph.d student at the biochemistry department. I am living in a student guest house for the moment but will have to move out soon. I am looking for a apartment of at least 24 square metres. This is very important since I will be living there with my wife and it is stipulated be law that I need at least 12 square metres per person. Since I don't have car I will need to be close enough for a, at the most, 20 minute bicycle ride.
