Sun-flooded apartment within walking distance to the city center, campus and trade fair and surrounded by green. It is located on the third floor of an old building and occupied with old Frankfurt wooden floorboards. The flat is equipped with everything you need to live, work, or lounge in comfort. The rent includes very fast internet, sat-tv, Netflix & Disney, electricity, heat, water, etc., bike and free phone in moor as 60 countries. We usually rent it up to 1 person or a couple. Rental price including all ancillary costs is 1450€ per month. If needed, we could offer also a cheap underground parking lot.

Our house is situated directly by a beautiful small green park with large chestnut trees. The quarter is multicultural, urban and lively. Immediately behind our house runs Leipzigerstraße with numerous shops, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and coffees from all over the world. Subway is 3 minutes away, suburban railroad 8 minutes foothpath.

We have very fast fiber optic internet with Lan & Wifi til Tx 500 MB´s, Rx 50 MB´s, including Netflix, Disney . On top: Sat-TV with Astra and Eutelsat, & a lot of books ready to use. The garden backwards and the public in front of the house is accessible. Table tennis, basketball and bicycles are ready to use. Gym is 5min away. If needed is also a bike part of the rent.
