Looking for a 1 or 2 bederoom flat in Frankfurt near Opera House

Hi everyone! I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat (depending on disponibility) in Frankfurt, possibly as near as possible to the Opera House (max 3.5 km). I am an italian opera singer and i am moving to Frankfurt this september to join the OperaStudio for a year. I have a small tot poodle (3kg) that i will bring with me, he doesn’t bark and is very well trained and I am willing to eventually pay more in order to have him with me! I would like to move in with a colleague if possible, if not even alone it’s okay. My budget is qukte flexible. I have a contract with the theater starting in september 2024 until september 2025. I need the apartment starting from september or max october 2024.
I am reliable and hard working.
