Ich suche zum 1.12. eine gemütliche, möglichst helle 1-2-Zimmer-Wohnung zentrumsnah in Fürth. Ich bin Rentnerin und arbeite nebenher,47 Jahre alt, ruhig und Nichtraucherin.Gerne hätte ich einen Balkon, ist aber nicht Bedingung. Schön wäre eine EBK. Gerne hätte ich auch einen Keller.
