Flat for a couple

Hallo, my name is Tomas Ripoll, I am from Chile, I am 33 years old and I will join my partner, Isidora Gazmuri, who is going to study the Choreography and performance Master at JLU with a DAAD Scholarship. We do not have kids, we do not smoke, we use bikes as transport, we are a tranquil couple, we like cooking, staying and enjoying home and we like to do sports.

We are looking to rent a flat from October. I am going to work while she is studying. We spent most of our time at home when not working or studying. We are very responsable with the payments, we have been living together for more than three years. We can show you a recommendation letter from our current landlady in Chile.

I am a composer and sometimes I work at home, but I have always worked with headphones, so I do not make any noise when composing.
