Hallo.
Ich (berufstätig, Nichtraucherin) suche eine 1- bis 2-Raumwohnung, möglichst in der Innenstadt von Göttingen. Sie sollte ungefähr zwischen 30 und 50qm groß sein und darf bis etwa 450 Euro warm kosten. Erwünscht sind eine eigene Küche mit EBK, eigenes Bad und Zentralheizung. Einzug variabel (bis 01/2013). Sehr gerne Altbau mit Fachwerk, Dielen oder Parkett.
