University employee looking for a flat in Göttingen

My name is Nicola Ialongo, I am 38 and I was born in Rome, Italy. (Just for reference, “Nicola”, in Italy, is a male name).
I am employed by the University of Göttingen as a Researcher (Mitarbeiter).
I currently live in Göttingen, but my renting period is going to expire at the end of September, due to the owners going back to live there.
I am looking for an accommodation starting September1st 2017.
I will be living alone.
I started working in Göttingen in April 2017, and this is the first time I live in Germany. I am studying German, but I am not yet good enough at writing or speaking fluently. However, I have several friends and colleagues who can help me with telephone calls or meetings, if necessary.

I am looking for an apartment with the following features:
- 2 rooms
- at least 35sqm
- functional kitchen
- preferably within the town walls, but it is not mandatory
