Suche helle 2-Raumwohnung ab 50qm mit Balkon, Bad mit Wanne und Fenster. Es wäre schön, wenn eine Wohnküche vorliegt ggf. mit vorhandener Einbauküche. Die Wohnung sollte warm nicht mehr als 400 € kosten und möglichst zentrumsnah liegen.Ein Umzug ist für Ende des Jahres geplant (01.10. bzw. auch 01.11.2007).
