Beautiful, bright 50 m2 apartment -- close to TU Harburg Schöne, helle 50 m² Wohnung -- nähe TU Harburg

Since I'm on the go every day, I rent my beautiful, bright 2 rooms apartment by month.

The apartment has about 50 m2 and consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and has everything it takes to feel comfortable here at short notice. :

Outward (living room) you hear normal street noises during the day. To the evening it is very quiet. Back out (bedroom and kitchen) it is quiet all day.

Uni Harburg is a 5-minute walk away. A bus stop is right in front of the front door and the S-Bahn can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn is located in 20 minutes at the main railway station or In the centre. There are 5-10 minutes on foot.

With the time period, I can also be flexible for a few days.
Only one person is rented.

Da ich beruflich ab und an unterwegs bin, vermiete ich meine schöne, helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung monatsweise.

Die Wohnung hat ca 50 m² und bestehet aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat alles was es braucht, um sich hier kurzfristig wohl zu fühlen. :)

Nach vorne raus (Wohnzimmer) hört man tagsüber normale Straßengeräusche. Zum Abend ist es aber sehr ruhig. Nach hinten raus (Schlafzimmer und Küche) ist es den ganzen Tag ruhig.

Die Uni Harburg erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür und die S-Bahn erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. Im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Mit dem Zeitraum kann ich für ein paar Tage auch flexibel sein.
Vermietet wird nur an eine Person.
