Looking for 2 / 1.5 room apartment

Hello there!

We're working students studying at Universität Hamburg. We'd make excellent tenants, clean and quiet! I'm doing my Master's in Mathematical Physics, while tutoring high-school and university students around the world. Liliia is doing her Bachelor's in Psychology/Statistics, and works as a German tutor and a supervisor for Ukrainian refugees. Between us, we've got over a decade of experience living in apartments, with me living 5 years in Hamburg in various apartments, and 6 years in the USA before that, while Liliia has lived 3 years in Hamburg.

In my free time, you can find me playing the piano, dancing salsa, riding my bike, or occasionally on a hike somewhere. I'm a big opera fan as well and love classical music. Liliia enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and the keyboard, and working out. We're both very fond of cleaning our apartment and paying our bills on time - it's like an addiction!

We're looking to rent a place on June 1, or some time around that date. If you're looking for someone reliable to live in your two-room apartment (or 1.5 rooms in some cases), you've found us!

Wir sind Studierende der Universität Hamburg, die neben dem Studium arbeiten. Wir sind eure Traummieter: sauber und ruhig! Ich mache meinen Master in mathematischer Physik und arbeite nebenbei als Tutor für internationale Studenten. Liliia studiert Psychologie/Statistik und arbeitet als Deutschnachhilfelehrerin und als Betreuerin ukrainischer Geflüchteten. Wir haben eine Menge Erfahrung mit Mietwohnungen, ich wohne seit 5 Jahren in Hamburg und hatte davor 6 Jahren lang in den USA gewohnt, und Liliia wohnt seit 3 Jahren in Hamburg.

In der Freizeit spiele ich gerne Klavier, tanze Salsa, fahre Fahrrad und gehe manchmal wandern. Ich bin ein großer Opern-Genießer und liebe klassische Musik. Liliia liest gerne, spielt Gitarre und Keyboard sowie geht in die Sporthalle. Wir beide lieben es, die Wohnung zu putzen und unsere Rechnungen rechtzeitig zu überweisen.
