settle down myself in this lovely city:)

Good day,
I'm new to this city: arrived in Hamburg 1 month before (from my hometown Shanghai) to start a fantastic job and will stay here for long time… Indeed trying my best to settle down myself in this lovely city and much appreciate your help:)

And here is my basic information:
What I’m looking for: an unfurnished apartment around 40-60 m² with fitted kitchen and bathroom, convenient transportation and living facilities
Lifestyle: more house but like travelling, like the clean and neat, work in healthy way and enjoy walking everyday, like food but don't cook myself, get up early and go to bed timely
How many people: 1
When do you want to move: November or December
