DIe Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer (ein Durchgangszimmer) mit einer Küche , Bad, einen langen Flur und einen großen Keller. Noch dazu gibt es einen Art Gemeinschaftsflur. Die Warmmiete der Wohnung beträgt derzeit 412€. Gas und Strom muss selbst angemeldet und zzgl. gezahlt werden.
Da ich umgezogen bin, suche ich so schnell wie möglich einen Nachmieter.Der ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände für eine Abstandszahlung in höhe von 1200€ übernimmt. Dazu zählt eine Waschmaschine, eine Spüle mit Unterschrank(noch nicht im Foto vorhanden) ein Schreibtisch und noch ein 1.40m x 2m Bett. Der Herd gehört zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr zentralen Lage im Herzen von Hannover.8 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 min. zur Lister Meile .
