Die Wohnung ist für 3 Studenten oder Azubis voll möbliert und komplett eingerichtet.
Das gesamte Haus mir 3 Etage wird von Studenten, Azubis und Praktikanten bewohnt.
Insgesamt sind 3 Zimmer auf der Etage. Alle Zimmerzugänge sind vom Flur. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und komplett ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben W-Lanverbindung 240MBit, und einen TV Anschluss.
Im großen Garten ist ein Fahrradschuppen, eine Grillecke und neuerdings ein Hochbeet.
Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die Mietzeit beträgt immer ein halbes Jahr und verlängert sich danach immer um ein weiteres halbes Jahr.
Zur Hochschule und zum Bildungscampus sind es 3-4km. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur S-Bahn sind es etwa 4 Minuten.
Diverse Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker, Biergärten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke erreichbar.
Alle Bewohner im Haus sind junge aufgeschlossenen Leute die ab und an auch mal gemeinsam im Garten grillen oder sost was machen.
