Ich biete meine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage auf dem alten BUGA Gelände an. Es ist nicht nur ruhig und wunderschön am Neckar gelegen sondern besticht auch durch die zentrale Lage, nur 5 min Fußweg von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zur Autobahn sind es ca 10 min mit dem Auto.
Es handelt sich nur um eine Zwischenmiete, daher der vergleichsweise günstige Preis von 1.000€ pauschal pro Monat. Die Wohnung kann von Mai bis Juli oder auch kürzer gemietet werden. Eine komplette Übernahme ist sowohl ab Mai als auch ab Juli möglich.
Ich selbst ziehe im Mai um und suche daher einen Nach- bzw Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett ausgestattet, verfügt über eine Einbauküche, einen TG Platz sowie ein Kellerabteil. Ein großer Balkon gehört ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt ist alles auf höchstem Niveau.
Die Wohnung kann allein, als Paar oder auch als WG übernommen werden.
