Hello dear owners,

we – a quiet, neat and reliable couple – are looking for a beautiful 2 to 3 bedroom apartment in Innsbruck for long-term rent from July or August 2025.

Our apartment should ideally be over approx. 60–80 m2 of living space, fitted kitchen and at best also a balcony or small outdoor area. A basement compartment and a parking lot would be an additional plus, but are not an obligatory requirement.

To us: We are both non-smokers, do not have pets and place great emphasis on a well-kept, thoughtful living environment.
My friend is a carpenter and I work in the social field. Smaller craftsmanship works in the apartment can be taken over by ourselves, if desired. So we wouldn't call for a squeaking door. 😉

A long-term and harmonious rental relationship is very important to us – we not only bring our craft skills, but also a high degree of reliability, cleanliness and consideration.

wir – ein ruhiges, ordentliches und verlässliches Paar – sind auf der Suche nach einer schönen 2- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Innsbruck zur langfristigen Miete ab Juli oder August 2025.

Unsere Wunschwohnung sollte idealerweise über ca. 60–80 m² Wohnfläche, eine Einbauküche und bestenfalls auch einen Balkon oder kleinen Außenbereich verfügen. Ein Kellerabteil und ein Parkplatz wären ein zusätzliches Plus, sind aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.

Zu uns: Wir sind beide Nichtraucher, haben keine Haustiere und legen großen Wert auf ein gepflegtes, rücksichtsvolles Wohnumfeld.
Mein Freund ist Tischlermeister und ich arbeite im sozialen Bereich. Kleinere handwerkliche Arbeiten in der Wohnung können – wenn gewünscht – gerne von uns selbst übernommen werden. Für eine quietschende Tür würden wir also nicht gleich anrufen. 😉

Ein langfristiges und harmonisches Mietverhältnis ist uns sehr wichtig – wir bringen daher nicht nur unsere handwerklichen Fähigkeiten, sondern auch ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme mit.
