Hallo, ich bin Sofia!
Some info about me: I'm a 24-year-old Italian woman starting a PhD in physics at KIT. I am very quiet, friendly, and respectful. I don't smoke, I don't play any instrument or loud music and I don't have pets. I am very organized and will take great care of your property. I will be living alone.
What I'm searching for: I would prefer to find a place not too far from KIT so that I can walk or cycle to work. I'm searching for apartments with at least a kitchen (oven, fridge, stove, sink) and bathroom (sink, WC, shower or bathtub) but I'd prefer to also have other furniture available. I am a bit flexible with each request so feel free to send me any reasonable option, I will consider them all fairly quickly.
Unfortunately, I don't know much German (but I'm taking lessons!) so that's why I'm going to communicate with you in English, but you can write to me in German if you prefer it!
