I exchange my apartment in Kirchzarten for a room in a WG in Freiburg or surroundings. My apartment is very quiet, 60 m2 large, bright (bottom floor, all windows south) and ideal for a WG. It has two living rooms, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, on request with furniture, as well as a cellar and a terrace facing south. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

I'm looking for a WG room with a rent of between 300 – 450 € warm, preferably in a WG that is not just a community of purposes, but where there is something common life – cooking together, excursions, talking – but everyone has their privacy.

To me: I work as a Hiwi at the University of Freiburg (parttime, 50%) and I teach languages. I am athletic, like cycling, hiking and enjoying nature. I am non-smoking and have a lot of WG experience, I am flexible and can adapt well to different WG configurations. The most important thing is that chemistry between the roommates is true.

Ich tausche meine Wohnung in Kirchzarten gegen ein Zimmer in einer WG in Freiburg oder Umgebung. Meine Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, 60 m² groß, hell (Untergeschoss, alle Fenster nach Süden) und ideal für eine WG geeignet. Sie verfügt über zwei Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, auf Wunsch mit Möbeln, sowie einen Keller und eine Terrasse Richtung Süden. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich.

Ich suche ein WG-Zimmer mit einer Miete zwischen 300 – 450 € Warm, bevorzugt in einer WG, die nicht nur aus Zweckgemeinschaft besteht, sondern wo es etwas gemeinsames Leben gibt – zusammen kochen, Ausflüge machen, Gespräche führen – aber jeder auch seine Privatsphäre hat.

Zu mir: Ich arbeite als Hiwi an der Uni Freiburg (Teilzeit, 50 %) und gebe Sprachunterricht. Ich bin sportlich, fahre gerne Fahrrad, wandere und genieße die Natur. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe viel WG-Erfahrung, bin flexibel und kann mich gut an unterschiedliche WG-Konstellationen anpassen. Am wichtigsten ist mir, dass die Chemie zwischen den Mitbewohner:innen stimmt.
