This is Alan from Shanghai, China. I will move to Kleinmachnow for Work from Sep 25, 2019 and I'd like to find a apartment soon.
I have a long term contract. My title is Optical engineering manager and month salary is 5.000.00 EUR. (I can send the contract to you later).
This is the first time I go to Germany. I will live in Germany with EU blue card permit(my current work visa is EU blue card and I will get my blue card a few months later.
My family(wife and son-8 years old) will also move her to live with me in Jan of 2020. I am very interested in this apartment.
