Wohnung in Köln gesucht

Hallo Köln!

Mein Name ist Pasquale und ich bin ein 31-jähriger frohgelaunter Italiener. Nachdem ich die vergangenen 5 Jahre in Spanien gelebt, studiert und gearbeitet habe, ruft mich nun ein neues Lebenskapitel nach Köln, wo ich eine Stelle als Restaurantleiter antreten werde. Deshalb suche ich ab Oktober ein neues Wohlfühl-Zuhause, sei es Mietwohnung oder WG-Zimmer.

Ein paar Worte über mich: In meiner Freizeit backe ich leidenschaftlich gerne neapolitanische Pizza in meinem Pizzaofen und tobe mich bei der Kreation neuer Gerichte aus aller Welt aus. Dabei höre ich am liebsten eine meiner vielen bunten Playlists oder summe selbst ein italienisches Liedchen vor mich hin.
Ansonsten gehe ich gern ins Fitnessstudio, bin fußballbegeistert (insbesondere wenn’s um meine Heimatmannschaft Salernitana geht) und habe seit Neustem auch die berühmten deutschen Spaziergänge für mich entdeckt. Ich würde mich also sehr über einen Sport-Buddy freuen und bin neugierig, viele neue Orte in Köln kennenzulernen.
Ich spreche Englisch, außerdem Italienisch und Spanisch natürlich fließend und habe auch kürzlich begonnen, Deutsch zu lernen.
Was ein guter Tag unbedingt enthalten sollte: eine heiße Zitrone mit Minze zum Frühstück.
Worauf ich gut verzichten könnte: Mücken im Schlafzimmer

Nun suche ich also zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine eigene Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer mit einem entspannten, familiären Miteinander, in dem die Türen auch mal offenstehen. Für gemeinsame Spielabende oder Fußballspiele, etc. bin ich natürlich auch zu haben.
Nach vielen Jahren WG-Erfahrung weiß ich aber natürlich auch, dass jeder seinen eigenen Rhythmus und Tagesablauf hat und deshalb ein wertschätzender und rücksichtsvoller Umgang und Respekt für die Freiräume aller sehr wichtig sind.

Hello Cologne!

My name is Pasquale and I am a 31 year old happy-go-lucky Italian. After living, studying and working in Spain for the past 5 years, a new chapter of my life is now calling me to Cologne, where I will start a job as a restaurant manager. Therefore, I am looking for a new feel-good home, be it an apartment to myself or a shared apartment, starting in October.

A few words about me: In my free time I love to bake Neapolitan pizza in my pizza oven and to create new dishes from all over the world. While doing this, I love listening to one of my many colorful playlists or even humming an Italian song to myself.
Apart from that, I like to go to the gym, I'm a soccer fan (especially when it comes to my hometown team Salernitana) and I recently discovered the famous German walks. So, I would be very happy to meet new sports buddys and I am curious to get to know many new places in Cologne.
I speak English, furthermore Italian and Spanish of course fluently and have also recently started learning German.
What a good day should definitely include: a hot lemon with mint for breakfast.
What I could well do without: Mosquitoes in the bedroom.

So now I'm looking for my own apartment to rent or a shared flat with a relaxed, familiar togetherness, where the doors are also open sometimes. Of course, I am also up for game nights or soccer matches.
After having in shared flats for many years, I also know that everyone has their own rhythm and daily routine. Therefore, an appreciative and considerate approach and respect for the free space of all are very important.
