Hallo! wir sind Pablo und Francisca. Wir kommen aus Chile und sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und lernen gerade Deutsch.
We would like to rent an apartment in Köln for the both of us, we would also be able to rent a bedroom in a shared apartment. We'll be staying en Germany at least for a year with a Working Holiday visa. Pablo is a geographer and has a remote work from Chile, he is also a musician in training, and I, Francisca, am a general dentist. We are very neat, clean and quiet. Pablo enjoys bike rides, indoor exercise and studying/making music. I like makeup art, yoga practice and outdoor runnings. We both have a healthy lifestyle and would take very nice care of the place we stay. We have demostrable incomes, as we don't have SCHUFA (request now) at the moment (not registered address in Germany yet).
If you are looking for a lawful good Mieter we are your choice :)
