I am a Consultant and am mostly either at home-office or traveling to different client sites within Europe.

I am looking for a FURNISHED apartment for myself alone OR even to be shared with *one another person* for long-term stay.

I am a mild-mannered and friendly person who appreciates clean and peaceful surroundings. I enjoy art, music and traveling besides café hopping and reading fiction. I am fluent in English and can manage conversational German.

Here is what I am looking for:

-MAX RENT possible (all incl.):€ 700 ,
If shared- only with 1 another person (Female preferred)
-WITH ANMELDUNG
1. Furnished bedroom with a bed,wardrobe,mirror
2. Furnished kitchen with kitchen herd, oven
3. Washing machine
4. Bathroom
5. Own or shared living room
6. No pets/no smoking apartment
7. **LOCATION with fast connections to the Hauptbahnhof/Airport**

NICE TO HAVE:
1. Balcony
