Guten Tag, ich suche trennungsbedingt eine kleine 2 Zimmer- oder 1 Zi.+Wohnküche -Wohnung im Kölner Süden (Südstadt, Bayenthal, Raderberg, Raderthal, Marienburg, Zollstock...). Gerne ab sofort aber auch ab 1.11. oder 1.12.´13 (bis dahin komme ich zur Not auch bei Freunden unter). Sie sollte so zwischen 35 und 50 m² groß sein und bis bis maximal 550 € warm kosten. Würde mich über Mails sehr freuen! :)
