Ich (NR, 27, mit Festanstellung, kein Haustier) suche eine schöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon in einem der genannten Stadtteile bis ca. 700€ warm, da ich ab dem 01.01. einen neuen Job in Köln habe. Auch 1-Zimmer mit Wohnküche wäre okay. Ein späterer Einzug ist möglich. Ich möchte ungern im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Weitere Wunschkriterien wären außerdem
- EBK
- Tageslichtbad mit Wanne
- Laminat- oder Parkettboden,
sind aber kein Muss.
