Ich suche eine ca. 30 qm (gerne groesser) große Wohnung nahe des Rathenauplatz/Barbarossaplatz/Rudolphplatz/Belgisches Viertel/suedstadt zum wohlfühlen. Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und Personalreferentin und in einem Kölner Unternehmen. Wundervoll wäre eine bereits vorhandene Küche.
