I, Katinka (30), looking for a cozy, bright apartment (from 2.5 rooms) with charm in Konstanz, which I can make to my home. I would be particularly happy about an apartment with fitted kitchen, otherwise unfurnished, and with large balcony/terrace/garden access. I am non-smoking, clean and tidy and had a good relationship with my previous landlords. In my spare time, I like to travel in nature, especially in the mountains. I am a rather calm person, but also like to invite friends to eat or to a glass of wine. I would like to live in a house where there is a friendly and helpful coexistence.

I come from the region where I have been living at the lake for a few years and want to stay in Konstanz in the long term. I work as a project manager at the University of Konstanz (public service), have a regulated income and can transfer the rent on time and reliably, that is of course for me.

ich, Katinka (30), suche eine gemütliche, helle Wohnung (ab 2,5 Zimmern) mit Charme in Konstanz, die ich zu meinem Zuhause machen kann. Besonders glücklich wäre ich über eine Wohnung mit Einbauküche, ansonsten aber unmöbliert, und mit großem Balkon/Terrasse/Gartenzugang. Ich bin Nichtraucher, sauber und ordentlich und hatte mit meinen bisherigen Vermietern ein gutes Verhältnis. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in der Natur unterwegs, am liebsten in den Bergen. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch, lade aber auch gerne Freunde zum Essen oder auf ein Glas Wein ein. Ich fände es schön, in einem Haus zu wohnen, in dem ein freundliches und hilfsbereites Miteinander herrscht.

Ich komme aus der Region, wohne nun schon einige Jahre am See und will langfristig in Konstanz bleiben. Ich arbeite als Projektmanagerin an der Universität Konstanz (öffentlicher Dienst), habe ein geregeltes Einkommen und kann die Miete pünktlich und zuverlässig überweisen, das ist für mich selbstverständlich.
