We, a natural couple in the early middle years, but naturally remained young, are looking for a 2 - 4 room apartment in Konstanz Allmannsdorf or Staad as soon as possible. The apartment should be quiet and we would be happy about a friendly neighborhood and nice house community.
We've both lived in Allmannsdorf for a long time, but we'll have to leave soon. But Lorettowald and Seeufer have grown to our hearts so that we want to stay in this lovely corner.
She is a nurse in the clinic and wants to teach yoga in the future while working in the social field at the Caritas. He also works as an interpreter. A garden, the possibility of using a garden or a balcony would be important to us. We are happy to take care of the communal garden, especially she likes to grow. We don't have pets, but we like to provide everything in the garden in winter. Otherwise, we are much in nature and the mountains and often enjoy lake and nature.
The collection date would be very flexible, Schufa (request now) etc. is available. We are both non-smokers and the direct neighbours should not smoke. Priced is our maximum for the apartment rental warm at 1200€ - 1400€, depending on the size and equipment.

Wir, ein naturverbundenes Paar in den frühen mittleren Jahren, aber selbstverständlich jung geblieben, suchen möglichst bald eine 2 - 4 Zimmer-Wohnung in Konstanz Allmannsdorf oder Staad. Die Wohnung sollte ruhig sein und wir würden uns über eine sympathische Nachbarschaft und nette Hausgemeinschaft freuen.
Wir wohnen beide schon länger in Allmannsdorf, müssen jedoch leider demnächst ausziehen. Doch sind uns Lorettowald und Seeufer ans Herz gewachsen, so dass wir in dieser liebenswerten Ecke bleiben möchten.
Sie ist Krankenpflegerin im Klinikum und möchte zukünftig auch Yoga unterrichten während er im sozialen Bereich bei der Caritas arbeitet. Zudem arbeitet er noch als Dolmetscher. Ein Garten, die Möglichkeit einer Gartenmitbenutzung oder ein Balkon wäre uns wichtig. Gerne kümmern wir uns auch um den Gemeinschaftsgarten, besonders sie gärtnert gerne. Haustiere haben wir keine, versorgen im Winter aber gerne alles, was so im Garten herumfliegt. Ansonsten sind wir viel in der Natur und den Bergen unterwegs und genießen häufig See und Natur.
Das Einzugsdatum wäre ganz flexibel, Schufa (request now) etc. ist vorhanden. Wir sind beide Nichtraucher und die direkten Nachbarn sollten nicht rauchen. Preislich liegt unsere Höchstgrenze für die Wohnungsmiete warm bei 1200€ - 1400€, je nach Größe und Ausstattung.
