We are two student of Hochschule Rhine Waal. We have just started our Masters this Semester. So, We wish to stay close to campus for the whole time of almost two years. For that your house is perfect for us.
Please consider our situation. Both of us have a account balance of 8889 euro. We will receive around 750 euro per month. Two of us will have a total of 1500 euro per month. So, we will be very good tenant.
