Ich (w, 25) bin Studentin an der Uni Leipzig und suche ab Dez. eine neue Wohnung für mich alleine.
Meine Vorstellungen:

- mind. 35 qm
- ruhige Nachbarn
- max. 20min von der Uni Leipzig entfernt
Gerne bin ich Nachmieterin und nehme auch für einen kleinen Groschen eine bereits vorhandene Einbauküche ab.
