I am looking for 1-2 rooms apartment in Leipzig for a longer period of time preferably near to Neustadt, Volkmarsdorf or UFZ. (I am flexible with more options for locations as well). I would like to move in from 01-02-2021 or 01-03-2021. I am a PhD researcher at UFZ and have a working contract. I am already living in Leipzig since last few months, but my current apartment is pretty big for single person.I would like to have something ranging between 350-370 warm (maximum) per month.
Please, feel free to contact me If you have some offers. I would also like to know if someone is looking for apartment exchange. The apartmemt to exchange is in Meisner str, 04315 at 4h floor (3 room apartment). And, I am also open to share flat with 1-2 persons (not more than that). :)
