My name is Nicholas and I would like to rent a flat in any area in Leipzig.

I am coming to Leipzig on 1 October to work as an academic lecturer (teacher) at the University, on an English-speaking programme. I am looking for a fully furnished flat with the usual furniture, bath and kitchen equipment. I would also prefer to rent on a long-term basis, e.g. for several months or a year, but that's not absolutely necessary.

Maximum rent: 580 (all inclusive of bills, electricity, heating etc.)
If you have any pets or plants, I can look after them.
