Hallo, ich bin Felix, ein DAAD stipendiat. Ich mache mein Masterstudium an der Lephana Universität.
Ich suche eine 1 oder 2 Zimmer Wohnung für meine Frau, Tochter und selbst. Ich will die Wohnung ab 1.Mai 2016, aber brauche eine Vertrag dieses März.
Die Wohnung sollte mindestens 40m2 grosser sein und die Warmmiete nicht mehr als 650 Euros.
