Ich halte ich mich zwar für relativ anspruchslos, trotzdem möchte ich die Nähe zum Stadpark nicht verleiren und brauche etwas Platz für meine Bücher.
Wie oben schon erwähnt: ich bin ein Student, hab also, wenn auch regelmäßig, relativ wenig Geld zur verfügung und suche entweder eine Einraumwohnug mit Wohnküche oder eine Zweirraumwohnug, für kleines Geld.
