Möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (furnished apartment) in praktischer Lage

Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Schwetzingerstadt (nahe Hauptbahnhof).

Sie besteht aus:
- 2 Schlafzimmern (daher auch super WG-geeignet oder auch für Paare)
- Küche
- Bad
- Flur
- Abstellkammer
- Balkon
- Keller

Zusätzlich bietet sie einen Innenhof mit überdachtem Fahrradstellplatz.

Sie ist komplett möbliert und vollständig eingerichtet (inkl. komplettes Küchenzubehör, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und -brett, usw.), ist daher also komplett einzugsbereit. Für die Küche (inkl. Zubehör) und komplette Möblierung hätten wir gerne noch 1.100€, dafür lassen wir alle auf den Fotos sichtbare Möbelstücke da (einzige Ausnahmen: Fernsehablage und Frisierecke). Die Waschmaschine ist leider defekt und müsste repariert werden (alternativ befinden sich fußläufig auch mehrere Waschsalons).

Die Warmwasserversorgung funktioniert durch Boiler, welche jedoch schnell und einfach funktionieren und warmes Wasser auch über längere Zeit hinweg speichern

Die Miete beträgt 690€ Kaltmiete zzgl. 95€ monatl. Betriebskosten zzgl. sonstige Kosten (Strom, Internet), welche natürlich letztendlich von eurem monatlichen Verbrauch und Anbieter abhängen (schätzungsweise mind. 60€). Wir bevorzugen Nachmieter, welche die Küche & Möbel (1.100€) übernehmen wollen. Die Kaution beträgt i.d.R. 3 Monatskaltmieten.

We're looking for tenants to take over our 3 room apartment located in Schwetzingerstadt (near the main station).

It includes:
- 2 bedrooms (thus suitable for flat sharing as well as for couples)
- kitchen
- bathroom
- spacious corridor
- storeroom
- balcony
- cellar

Additionally there is a roofed courtyard to store bicycles.

We would like to sell the kitchen and all the furniture in the apartment (incl. kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, ironing equipment, etc.) for 1.100 €. The kitchen and all the furniture in the photos (e.g., bed, closets, desks, shelves, ...) will be included in the price (only exceptions: make-up table and TV table). Unfortunately the washing machine needs to be repaired (alternatively there are many laundromats nearby).

The warm water supply works with boilers in the apartment which work fast and easy and also perfectly store warm water for several days.

The monthly rent is 690 € base rent plus 95 € monthly operating costs plus x € miscellaneous costs (e.g., electricity -> this is of course variable and depends on your provider and consumption but will be minimum 50€). The deposit is usually 3 times the base rent (690€*3=2070€).
