Single Apartment/

I am studying at University of Mannheim next term again, and will need housing. Also love the pictures quite a bit too, and think it would fit my very needs. I specifically am looking for a space that I can host only myself in, with a kitchen and bathroom. Being a clean individual, it would be nice to have a small space for easier cleaning, and for it to also be comfortable too. I need the space to be furnished because I am an international student. I have everything in regards to supplies to clean, cook, and have sheets for the apartment, but just need a bed and kitchen to do the rest of it all.
