Hello!
We are a married couple( 29 and 27 years). We are students from Slovakian university and due to Erasmus+ mobility program gonna study in NRW region for 1 year from 01.10.2015.
We are looking for a furnished apartment (at least kitchen) with 2 or 1 rooms in Mönchengladbach, Köln or Leverkusen not far from the main station.
Coast limit is about 500 EUR (with heating and other expenses} per month. Also We are ready to pay a 2 month deposit.
The contract can be in German language ( our friend from Germany will help us to sign it) so it will not be any paper problems.
Our advantages in comparison to other : we are quiet and intelligent couple, so you can be sure that your flat will be in safe and neighbors will not be disturbed.
