Deutsch / Kanadische Familie (Auto-Inspektor und Lehrerin - FR/EN/MA) mit 12jaehrigem Sohn (7. Kl. College - NotenØ 1,1) und 2jaehrigem Kater, serioes, NR und finanziell sehr gut abgesichert, suchen eine gepflegte Wohnung ab 3 Zimmer / ab 70 m² zum 01. Juli oder 01. Aug. 2019 in Moenchengladbach / Zentrum bzw. Zentrumsnaehe.
Eine ruhige Wohnung, auch Altbau, im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Gartenanteil (-mitbenutzung) waere ideal, jedoch keine Bedingung. Auch 1. OG ist angenehm.
Abloese einer vorhandenen Kueche und div. Mobiliar moeglich.
