There are several supermarkets (Norma, Rewe, Penny) that can all be reached in less than 5 minutes walk. Bakers, pharmacy, drugstore market etc. are also available in the immediate vicinity.

Go for a walk or jogging, the Westpark is wonderfully suitable, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

The apartment is about 5 minutes' walk from the subway (U6 Partnachplatz), while the centre is only 15 minutes away.

There are also several bus stops in the area (e.g. bus 54 from Fernpassstraße). It also drives a night bus (N40) regularly, so you can also crash into Munich nightlife!

Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte (Norma, Rewe, Penny), die alle in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreicht werden können. Auch Bäcker, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt etc. sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden.

Zum Spazieren gehen oder Joggen ist der Westpark wunderbar geeignet, der in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn (U6 Partnachplatz) entfernt; ins Zentrum braucht man nur 15 Minuten.

Außerdem sind in der Umgebung mehrere Bushaltestellen (z.B. Bus 54 ab Fernpaßstraße). Es fährt außerdem regelmäßig ein Nachtbus (N40), sodass ihr euch auch ins Münchner Nachtleben stürzen könnt!

Garagenstellplatz (ohne Zusatzkosten) vorhanden, falls du ein Auto hast.
