Looking for a 3 zimmer apartment

Hello! We are Iuliana and Diogo and we are two young people looking for a 2-bedroom (2 schlafzimmer) apartment to share together. Iuliana is a 25-year-old Spanish and Diogo is a 27-year-old Portuguese that have been working for the EPO (European Patent Office) in Munich for a little over a year. We have been living together for some months, but that unfortunately need to find a new apartment.

We are both friendly, calm and organized and we enjoy cooking and baking (we really like sweets) as well as travelling and going for hikes around Munich. But, we are always ready to spend a Sunday night in the sofa watching some TV-shows or a movie. From time to time we also enjoy hosting friends for some homemade food. In our free time we also learn German, because we are really motivated in improving our level.

We are looking for an apartment with two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Our dream location would be around the centre of Munich, since we love walking to work, but if we have an S-Bahn or U-Bahn station nearby we will be happy.

Our max budget is around 2000€ warm-rent (including internet) and preferably with a fully equipped house (at least an equiped kitchen would be required). We would be available to enter the new apartment from end of January, but we are flexible.
