ich werde von März bis Mai 2024 für ein Beratungsunternehmen in München arbeiten. Ursprünglich bin ich aus Frankfurt, aber ich habe vor kurzem schon mal eine Zeit lang in München gelebt und es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich nochmal wiederkommen möchte.

Zu mir: In meiner vorherigen Münchener Wohnung war ich ein ruhiger und zuverlässig zahlender Mieter (Bescheinigung kann ich zusenden). Aktuell wohne ich in Frankfurt, wo ich neben der Arbeit gerne mit Freunden Ausflüge ins Umland mache. Beim Sport macht mir alles mit Bällen Spaß (Fußball, Volleyball, Basketball…), auch wenn ich da nicht immer der beste bin :)

Zur Wohnung: Da ich meistens ins Büro fahren werde, möchte ich maximal 20 Minuten vom Marienplatz / Odeonsplatz entfernt wohnen. Beim Zeitraum bin ich etwas flexibel: Ich möchte zwischen Mitte Februar und Anfang März einziehen und Ende Mai / Anfang Juni ausziehen. Abgesehen von Lage und Zeitraum habe ich keine außergewöhnlichen Anforderungen an die Wohnung.

Hello everyone,

I will work for a consulting company in Munich from March to May 2024. Though I am originally from Frankfurt, I have already stayed in Munich for some time and I liked it so much that I want to return.

Concerning me: In my previous Munich flat I was a quiet tenant who paid the rent reliably (I can present the certification document). I am currently living in Frankfurt where I like going on trips to the surrounding regions with friends. For sport, I like playing everything with a ball (football, volleyball, basketball…) even if I am not necessarily the best :)

Concerning the flat: As I will mostly be working in the office, I would like to live within 20 minutes from Marienplatz / Odeonsplatz. I am a bit flexible with the time frame: I would like to move in between mid-February and beginning of March and then move out at the end of May / beginning of June. Except for the location and time frame, I do not have any special requirements for the flat.
